Ernestine Stadler has worked for many years in recruiting and personell placement with clients from a multitude of geographical, cultural and professional backgrounds.
Her methodology is often unconventional and highly individual, always taylored to the specific needs of her clients. For her the job placement does not stop when the contract is signed but she sees her clients through all stages of settling in: From finding accomodation to setting up a tandem relationship with a personal mentor, if they wish so.
Throughout this complex process she professionally pulls the strings, remains flexible and creates a working athmosphere characterised by openness, appreciation and a sense of good humour.

This quote by Anita Desai sums up Claudias personal motto in life and work. As a coach and learning professional she has worked for more than 20 years with clients in transitional phases, mainly people changing jobs or (re-)entering the jobmarket after a familiy break and expats and their families who have just arrived in Germany.
At care2gether she takes care of all aspects of a smooth transition, deals with the (sometimes daunting) paperwork on behalf of her clients and untangles intercultural issues.
Originally from Austria she has been living in Germany (via a detour to the UK) near Munich since 1997 and aspects of all three location where she lived have become part of her: Clarity from Germany, resourcefulness from Austria and compassion from the UK.
